PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE ~ TERMS & CONDITIONS
I voluntarily participate in activities provided by Private Parties LA, including but not limited to charcuterie classes, dessert bar experiences, mocktail and cocktail services, confidence experiences, dance instruction, walking experiences, and related event activities. By attending and/or participating in a Private Parties LA event, you acknowledge that photos and video may be taken during your event. You grant Private Parties LA permission to use, reproduce, and publish these images and recordings for marketing, promotional, social media, website, portfolio and other business purposes without compensation. Your participation constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of this photo and video policy.
Assumption of Risk
I understand participation involves inherent risks including slips, falls, strains, sprains, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, and other injuries.
Incidentals include the breaking and / or theft of any Private Parties LA items during the event, which will result in an additional charge at final invoice.
Dance & Physical Activity Disclaimer
I understand dance instruction and movement-based activities involve physical exertion and risk of injury. I voluntarily assume these risks.
Food Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer
Food items may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, and other allergens. It is my responsibility to disclose allergies and dietary restrictions. I assume all risks associated with food and beverage consumption.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Private Parties LA, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in any activity.
Alcohol Disclaimer
Alcoholic beverages are available only to participants age 21 and older where permitted by law. I accept full responsibility for my alcohol consumption and conduct.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept responsibility for any resulting costs.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Definite Booking & Deposit
Reservations are confirmed and considered a definite booking upon acceptance of these terms and receipt of a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event date.
Gratuities
We are confident you will be impressed with our hardworking team. Gratuities are never expected but are greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the event will receive a credit equal to the deposit amount that may be applied to a future event. Rescheduled events must occur within thirty (30) days of the original event date.
